Workplace Design That Feels Like Home
When NetApp set out to build their new office at Wichita State’s Innovation Campus, they envisioned more than a workplace—they wanted a space that felt like home. From the start, Crossland understood what was at stake. We partnered with GMLV to deliver a high-performance, people-first environment tailored to comfort, collaboration, and brand identity.
This tenant infill included quiet zones, lounge seating, bold finishes, and a custom digital wall—brought to life through clear communication, early coordination, and a proactive, design-build approach. By self-performing key scopes, we maintained control over quality and schedule, ensuring the final product delivered exactly what NetApp needed: a functional, welcoming space that puts people first.
A Vibrant Destination in the Heart of the City
District 121 is more than a mixed-use destination—it’s a new heartbeat for McKinney. Featuring green space, dining, retail, and live entertainment, this development demanded seamless execution across multiple moving parts. Crossland led the construction of the park, shell buildings, and performance stage, navigating tight site logistics, early tenant move-ins, and phased openings.
We didn’t wait for problems—we stayed ahead of them, using real-time updates and smart solutions like concrete staining instead of full replacement to keep things moving without sacrificing quality. With control over critical scopes like concrete and site work, we delivered a polished, high-functioning destination that now serves as a central hub for the community.
A Flagship Store for the Community
Built to be more than a grocery store, Reasor’s flagship location in Broken Arrow is a 64,000 SF community anchor featuring everything from an in-store bar and pharmacy drive-thru to a covered playground and grilling patio. The complexity of this project required clear communication, flexibility, and fast decision-making.
When polished concrete finishes didn’t meet expectations, we acted quickly—bringing in a consultant, adapting plans, and delivering a standout result. From steel delivery delays to weeks of snow, we overcame every challenge without losing momentum. By self-performing key trades and keeping the schedule under tight control, we delivered the largest and fastest-built Reasor’s in Brookshire history—on time, on budget, and built to last.
