Crossland Heavy Contractors has been delivering infrastructure across the Oklahoma City area for well over a decade, building a track record that spans water treatment, wastewater systems, road construction, pump stations, and utility infrastructure. The OKC Division has grown steadily into a full-service heavy civil operation, drawing on CHC’s self-performing capabilities to serve municipalities, utilities, and transportation agencies across central Oklahoma.

That depth of experience shows in the work. From the Lake Hefner Water Treatment Plant Expansion — one of CHC’s earliest OKC projects — to the Hefner WTP Sludge Handling Facilities and arterial road improvements across the metro, the division has consistently taken on complex, high-stakes infrastructure and delivered. The OKC team has earned its place as one of CHC’s most capable and productive operations, with a portfolio that reflects years of trust built with owners across the region.

Meet Justin, our Oklahoma City Division Manager. Justin began his career at Crossland Heavy Contractors as a Field Engineer, building his technical foundation from the ground up before advancing through the ranks to take on the division manager role.

A lifelong Oklahoman, Justin has a direct stake in the infrastructure his team builds. Under his leadership, the OKC Division has grown into one of CHC’s most capable operations — taking on increasingly complex work across water treatment, wastewater systems, roads, and utility infrastructure throughout central Oklahoma.

Justin brings the perspective of someone who has worked every level of a project, and that background shows in how he leads: with high standards, steady focus, and a genuine commitment to the owners and communities his division serves.
