We’re proud to share that Cori Wilson has been named to the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list for 2025 — a well-earned recognition for someone who is reshaping both the construction industry and her community.
Cori’s story is one of passion, impact, and leadership.
She’s been an integral part of some of Northwest Arkansas’s most recognizable projects — from the VA Hospital in Fayetteville to Hunt Tower, Founders, Northgate, Highlands Oncology, and now the AWSOM (Alice Walton School of Medicine) project. Her fingerprints are on a skyline that’s transformed dramatically over the past several years, and she’s helped build more than just structures, Cori had built relationships, opportunities, and encouraged possibilities in others.
Cori is also a true champion for women in construction. As the driving force behind launching the local Northwest Arkansas NAWIC chapter, where she now serves as President, she has mentored, encouraged, and supported countless women pursuing their place in the industry. Her leadership style, her positive energy, and her relentless drive to help others succeed make her the kind of leader who elevates everyone around her.
