Crossland has been a trusted partner in Pinnacle Hills from the start, helping clients navigate one of Arkansas’s fastest-growing commercial corridors with confidence. From mixed-use developments to high-end hospitality, we’ve delivered dozens of complex projects by understanding the local market, adapting to active environments, and solving problems before they slow you down. As both a builder and a tenant, we’re invested in the long-term success of every project—and every partner.

A World-Class Music Venue in the Heart of Arkansas

Purpose-Built for Performance, Designed for Experience
The Arkansas Music Pavilion (AMP) in Rogers is one of the region’s top outdoor performance venues—engineered from the ground up to host large-scale events with ease. From a towering 60-foot stage house to VIP spaces and support zones, every element is built to enhance performance and streamline operations.

Designed with Performers and Guests in Mind
Performer prep areas include private lounges, dining spaces, and dressing rooms—giving artists and crews a professional, comfortable space to get show-ready. For guests, the AMP delivers a seamless experience with 3,500 fixed seats, a lawn for 6,500 more, and four distributed concession and restroom hubs to keep crowds moving.

Region’s Largest Canopy Structure
The AMP also features the area’s largest tented structure—over 40,000 square feet of covered space—designed for weather protection, acoustic performance, and standout visual impact. It’s not just functional—it’s unforgettable.

A Community Destination

At Crossland, we turn big ideas into buildable realities. For JJ’s Beer Garden & Brewing Co., that meant delivering a 12,000 SF space that seamlessly blends craft beer, great food, and live entertainment—all built to match their vision and enhance the guest experience.

A high-energy, guest-focused destination—JJ’s Beer Garden includes a full production brewery, two-story restaurant, and outdoor stage for live music. We helped bring their vision to life with features designed to drive repeat visits, from yard games and a BBQ truck to a wading pool and multiple bars. Every element was built with the guest experience in mind.

Built through close collaboration with the JJ’s team, this project was about more than just construction—it was about creating a place where people come together. Every detail was intentionally crafted to support connection, celebration, and unforgettable experiences.

What type of entertainment projects does Crossland build?

We build everything from outdoor ampitheaters and casinos to mixed-use entertainment districts, breweries, parks, and community venues.

How does Crossland handle tight timelines and high-profile projects?

We’re proactive from day one. Developing detailed schedules, coordinating closely with stakeholders, and anticipating challenges before they become delays. We know how to deliver on time without sacrificing quality.

What makes Crossland a good partner for entertainment developments?

We understand the visibility and complexity that come with these projects. We bring hands-on leadership, in-house crews for critical scopes, and a problem-solving mindset to keep things moving and make your vision a reality.

Can Crossland help during preconstruction or design phase?

Absolutely. We frequently collaborate during preconstruction to help with budgeting, phasing, constructability reviews, and identifying what could save money early on.

How do you manage construction in active or public spaces?

We’ve built venues in busy districts on tight sites – we know how to maintain public access, coordinating with surrounding businesses, and keeping disruptions to a minimum.
