A hotel that will exceed guests' expectations


Allen, TX

Crossland Construction was chosen to build the new Courtyard by Marriott, located in The Village at Allen in Allen, Texas. The hotel is a nine story, 228 room/suite hospitality complex with an adjoining 15,000 square foot conference center. Unique design elements include an atrium and water features. At the time of construction, this facility was the largest meeting-event space in Allen, Texas. The Courtyard by Marriott Dallas-Allen Hotel and Conference Center offers flexible space perfect for a variety of events, ranging from board meetings to black-tie affairs. The conference center’s 9,300 square foot ballroom has a maximum capacity of 1,300. The hotel features the full-service restaurant Courtyard Bistro – Eat. Drink. Connect.TM, The MarketTM with 24 hour access to food, snacks, and refreshments, and a lounge with a big screen HDTV. The business center, indoor swimming pool and whirlpool, and fitness center round out the amenities sure to exceed their guests’ expectations.
