I-49 Building #2
Modern Warehouse and Office Facility in Springdale, Arkansas
Springdale, AR
Located in Springdale, Arkansas, the I-49 Logistics Park Building No. 2 is a premier destination for businesses seeking efficient warehousing and distribution solutions in Northwest Arkansas. This $13 million, nearly 200,000 SF facility is designed to support the region’s growing logistics and transportation needs.
The building features a tilt-up concrete structure with robust structural steel framing, ensuring durability and flexibility for a variety of tenants. One side of the warehouse is fully equipped with loading docks, streamlining the movement of goods and materials. Inside, the facility offers a spacious, traditional warehouse environment complemented by 16,000 SF of modern commercial office space, providing tenants with both operational and administrative capabilities under one roof.
To prepare the site, Crossland Heavy Construction expertly removed surface rock, making way for the installation of essential utilities and infrastructure. This groundwork was crucial in creating a reliable foundation for the facility’s long-term use.
Watco, a nationally recognized leader in transportation and logistics services, has secured a long-term lease for Building No. 2, underscoring the facility’s appeal to major industry players. The I-49 Logistics Park continues to strengthen Springdale’s position as a key logistics hub in the region.
