Crossland’s Texas Division Celebrates Milestone Achievement
Our Fort Worth Office Completes Nearly Three Million-Square-Feet Intermodal Logistics Centers for NorthPoint Development
Crossland’s Texas Division recently celebrated the accomplishment of completing three large industrial warehouses for NorthPoint Development, with a combined floor space of almost 3 million square feet. Prior to these projects, Crossland had only completed one project exceeding a million square feet. Now, our Texas team has successfully completed three million square feet of facilities within 300 yards of each other.
It’s all about building relationships.
Our team worked diligently with Northpoint to deliver these projects on time, and along the way, we were able to build a great partnership.
As a trusted partner of NorthPoint Development, it was a pleasure to get the opportunity to work with them again out of our Texas region.
Derek Schoeneberg, Regional Vice President for NorthPoint Development, expressed gratitude for the partnership, stating, “I’ve been collaborating with Crossland since 2020, starting with the Kansas City division. Our initial project with them was FedEx. It marked the fastest completion of a facility in FedEx’s history and established a strong foundation for our partnership.
What distinguishes Crossland from other contractors is their commitment to embodying core values that align seamlessly with NorthPoint. They consistently prioritize doing the right thing, maintaining financial discipline, and working with a sense of urgency – qualities that are paramount to us and our tenants. Crossland truly understands and emphasizes these values in their work.”
Delivering on Promises
Our team strives for project precision and timely completion on every project, knowing these factors are crucial. Our dedication extends to every detail, prioritizing what matters most to our clients. Building high-quality structures is a source of great pride for us, and we are humbled to get the opportunity to partner once again with NorthPoint Development.
