The Apprenticeship Program was built for people who show up early, work hard, and take pride in doing things right. It’s where determination meets opportunity, and where skill turns into leadership.
This year, 50 apprentices reached a major milestone, earning their state journeyman certifications in carpentry, heavy equipment operation, and ironworking. Together, they completed more than 8,000 hours of real-world training and classroom learning, while helping build projects across the country.
Their success isn’t defined by hours or certificates. It’s measured by grit, growth, and the kind of work ethic that sets our crews apart.
Crossland’s Apprenticeship Program combines hands-on field experience with in-house online and in-class learning backed by NCCER’s nationally recognized curriculum. Apprentices earn while they learn, gaining the skills, confidence, and responsibility to take the next step in their careers.
