New warehouse space in Springdale


Springdale, AR

This $3.2 million project on Wagon Wheel Road in Springdale, Arkansas, delivered a new 30,000 SF warehouse space built for lease, complemented by a 7,000 SF RV storage facility on the north side. The building features a durable precast exterior topped with a standing seam roof, while the interior remains a flexible core and shell design, allowing future tenants to customize the space to their needs.

The project showcased strong self-performance capabilities: the Realty division managed development, Civil handled earthwork, Heavy took care of utilities, Prefab supplied the walls, and CCC completed panel installation and concrete work. This coordinated effort streamlined construction and ensured quality control throughout.
