The 5-story wood-framed structure sits atop a cast-in-place concrete parking garage and includes 168 upscale apartments with expansive views, open-concept layouts, and high-end finishes throughout.

This 332,000+ square foot complex offers a host of lifestyle amenities, including a sixth-floor rooftop pool and clubhouse, a fitness center, business center, outdoor courtyards, bike storage, and a dog wash station. The leasing office is open to the public, anchoring a community designed for convenience, comfort, and modern urban living.

Distinctive Inside and Out
The exterior facade blends natural and modern textures, featuring stone, stucco, metallic fiber cement panels, and “wood-look” fiber cement siding. Inside, residents enjoy refined features like ceramic tile flooring and folding storefront doors that open the top-floor clubhouse directly to the pool deck, perfect for lakefront entertaining.

Problem-Solving with Precision
Despite challenges including underground plumbing rework and system delivery delays, Crossland worked closely with design partners and inspectors to keep the project moving. Supplemental grading and drain work were completed by Crossland crews to ensure site readiness. Crossland Prefab also stepped in to fabricate structural embeds when a subcontractor fell behind on schedule.
