Insight Global’s Rogers Office Showcases International Design and High-End Finishes

Insight Global’s new office in Rogers, Arkansas, stands out for its sophisticated design, featuring finishes and materials sourced from Europe and Asia. This $1.7 million, 7,900-square-foot tenant infill project transformed a vacant space within an existing office building into a vibrant, modern workplace for the Bentonville-based talent acquisition agency.

Crossland Construction managed the complete build-out, which included a coffee bar, reception area, and employee kitchen. The office boasts high-end details such as custom banquettes, intricate Japanese tile flooring, floor-to-ceiling backsplashes, and custom-painted murals in the café area. The design incorporates wallcoverings from Belgium and Italian light fixtures, creating a truly global aesthetic.

The open-concept layout features offices and conference rooms with glass storefront walls along the entryway, while each private space is finished with its own unique combination of floor and wall treatments. The project’s main challenge arose during the rough-in phase, when existing plumbing did not match the plans. Crossland’s team quickly adapted, reconfiguring plumbing paths in the field to keep the project on track.

Throughout the process, Crossland maintained excellent communication with Insight Global, building a strong client relationship and delivering a unique, internationally inspired office space that elevates the work environment in Northwest Arkansas.
