Hormel’s Rogers Office: Culinary-Inspired Workspace with Presentation Kitchen
Rogers, AR
Hormel, a global food brand, opened its new office in Rogers, Arkansas, bringing together modern office amenities and a culinary-focused environment. This $1.6 million project delivered more than 10,600 square feet of office and kitchen space inside a beautiful building on Founders Way.
The standout feature of the new space is a presentation kitchen designed for food demonstrations, complete with an island and waterfall countertop. This area opens to a shared outdoor gathering space with a lawn, kitchen, and seating, perfect for events and team collaboration. The office also includes private offices, conference rooms with decorative lighting, and a reception area highlighted by elegant woodwork. Carpeted hallways connect the offices and open workspaces, creating a cohesive and inviting atmosphere.
Crossland Construction self-performed the concrete work on this project, ensuring quality and precision in the foundation and structural elements. The team also supported Hormel through every step, including move-in and the Certificate of Occupancy process. The team’s attention to detail and client service was evident during staff tours, where excitement and satisfaction were clear.
