Frisco Urban Flex Center
Building Industrial Excellence in Frisco, TX
Frisco, TX
Crossland delivered the Frisco Urban Flex project, a tilt-wall shell building that seamlessly integrated into an existing industrial park previously completed for the same owner. The 37,664 SF facility, situated on 2.54 acres, features painted concrete walls complemented by prefabricated canopies and attractive storefront glazing.
Despite facing early challenges with unexpected geotechnical requirements that increased earthwork scope, our experienced team made up time during steel and concrete phases to successfully deliver the project on schedule and within budget. As the fourth project completed for this repeat client, our established relationship and thorough understanding of their expectations allowed us to manage the construction process efficiently while the owner focused on completing an adjacent project.
The project team maintained strong communication with both the owner and architect throughout the 8-month construction period. This shell building stands ready to accommodate future tenants with its functional design and quality construction.
