This facility brings comprehensive medical services directly to the heart of Coffeyville, housing primary care, women’s health, pediatrics, and a full-service pharmacy under one roof.

Working as construction manager at-risk, we delivered this essential community resource in just 10 months. The project’s smooth execution earned it recognition as one of our most seamless builds, with no major obstacles disrupting the timeline or budget.

Our self-performed steel erection kept the structural work moving efficiently while we coordinated closely with multiple owner-furnished suppliers throughout construction. The exterior combines durable varnished concrete masonry units with sleek metal panels, creating a professional appearance that reflects the quality care delivered inside.

A memorable milestone came when the hospital staff participated in a blessing ceremony at 80% completion. Walking through their nearly finished spaces, the medical team’s excitement was evident as they envisioned serving patients in the modern, well-designed facility we were building for them.

The clinic represents more than new construction – it’s expanded healthcare access for Coffeyville families.
