There will be both a trolley and shuttle running from 5pm-10pm on Friday night to and from the Double Tree Hotel and 5pm-2am on Saturday night to and from the Arvest Convention Center.

How do I cancel? What is the cancellation policy?

To cancel your reservation, contact Kirsten Trease, ktrease@crossland.com. Crossland has to pay for all reserved roomsI. if you cancelled after the cutoff, you may still be charged the $50 room rate.

How do I get my gift?

Gift Pick-up is on Saturday, December 6th, from 12pm – 5pm at the Double Tree Hotel (Across from Convention Center), Remington Room – 616 W 7th St, Tulsa, OK
