Delivered as a CM at Risk project, this $65.7 million facility provides comprehensive healthcare services across a 27-acre campus. From primary care and behavioral health to dental, imaging, and a full wellness center, the clinic expands access to care for Native American communities across the region.

The Newell Coach Phase II Expansion required precision, coordination, and respect for an active operation.
This 15,300-square-foot, two-story facility expands the headquarters of one of Oklahoma’s premier luxury motorcoach manufacturers, adding office space, engineering areas, and a high-end customer design studio.
What Sets This Project Apart
