Luxury Coach Manufacturer Expands with New Office and Design Facility in Miami, OK

Newell Coach, a leader in luxury motorcoach manufacturing and service, expanded its Miami, OK headquarters with a new two-story facility designed to support its growing operations and elevate the customer experience.

This $6.2 million expansion adds 15,300 square feet of new interior space, including modern office areas, employee workspaces, a design studio for coach customization, engineering space, and multiple conference rooms. In addition, the site was upgraded with over 50,000 square feet of new concrete paving to improve vehicle flow and accessibility.

The building structure features conventional spread and continuous footings, slab-on-grade foundations, structural steel framing, and slab-on-deck systems with metal stud walls. The first floor is wrapped in classic brick masonry, while the second story is finished with sleek metal panels. A standout architectural retaining wall and a longboard aluminum shade wall—designed to mimic the warmth of wood—add striking visual interest.

Inside, the facility offers a range of premium finishes, including a Viewrail wood-and-glass staircase, a feature lobby wall, and a high-end design room showcasing coach finishes for client selection. Public spaces feature polished concrete flooring, while the office and meeting rooms are carpeted for comfort and sound control.

During construction, our team encountered unsuitable soils across the site, requiring extensive over-excavation and backfill—an unforeseen challenge we tackled head-on to maintain quality and schedule integrity.

Working directly adjacent to Newell’s active offices, Crossland prioritized minimal disruption to daily operations, ensuring business could continue seamlessly throughout the build.

At project closeout, the reactions from Newell’s leadership team spoke volumes—proof that this expansion not only met expectations but reflected the craftsmanship and care that defines Crossland.
