How it works:

The Crossland Apprenticeship Program is designed to help our team members grow their skills, advance their careers, and build a strong foundation in the trades.

This form is a general interest form, not an application for the apprenticeship itself. To be considered for the program, individuals must first apply for and be hired into a position at Crossland.

Apprenticeship opportunities are then earned through superintendent recommendation and approved by our Education Department based on performance, attitude, and commitment to the trade.

About Our Apprentice Program:

The Crossland Apprenticeship program is a 2 year program that consists of full time employment while gaining valuable on the job training. We have one of the largest education programs in the region and provide employees with opportunities to grow. The program follows NCCER national recognized curriculum and sets employees on the right path for a successful careers! Upon completion of the program, you will be a certified Journeyman by the US Department of Labor.

 Expectations:

• We are looking for candidates who have a strong work ethic and desire to learn.
• Commitment to showing up on time and following Crossland best practices.
