Situated close to the Tulsa Performing Arts Center, Cain’s Ballroom, and the University of Tulsa, the West Park Apartments in Tulsa, OK, is one of the hottest living communities in the city.

In 2022, Crossland helped build Phase 3 of the complex, which features a 3-story, 12-unit apartment building. The $3.2 million project covered nearly 13,500 SF.

The exterior features vinyl siding and a brick facade, while the interior features LVT flooring, painted gyp walls, and apartment finishes.

Handling this multi-family complex presented a range of challenges, from material delays to fabrication intricacies. Transparent communication and proactive management allowed us to address these issues, mitigating additional costs while ensuring the project stayed on schedule.
