Superior Mazda Reno
Making First Impressions Count at Superior Mazda
Bentonville, AR
Making a killer first impression is key, especially in the car-selling game. That’s why Superior Mazda in Bentonville, Arkansas, just got a $1.8 million makeover – a renovation that will turn some heads.
The focus was on a modern makeover, inside and out, to ramp up the dealership’s charm.
Exterior finishes on the 10,000 SF building included new ACM panels, EIFS, and paint. The interior features new tile flooring and glass office walls frosted to 36 inches from the floor.
The glass office walls are a beautiful feature that was a bit like putting together a puzzle. The measurements had to be precise to make them fit perfectly in their spaces.
Another obstacle our teams had to work around was material delays. The ACM panels had a 16-week lead time. The problem lay in the fact that we couldn’t measure for them until all the exterior demos were complete and reframed.
Here’s where Crossland’s expertise came into play. With the self-performance capabilities and know-how, this project sailed smoothly. With the hard-bid delivery method, we were working with some newer subcontractors. Our crews made sure the quality was still top-notch. Crossland took the lead in crucial areas, handling the demolition, concrete floor patch-back, and carpentry. In the end, Superior Mazda got a showroom that not only looks the part but stands out in the competitive world of car sales.
