Star Business Park 7A-7B
Room to Grow in Texas
Frisco, TX
Texas is known for its bigger-than-life approach, a notion embraced by Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones. When he acquired land in Frisco, Texas, for an expansive industrial park, his vision was undeniably grand.
In 2021, Crossland played a pivotal role in bringing the Star Business Park to life – a $12.7 million endeavor.
Crossland constructed the exterior utilizing concrete wall panels, known as tilt-up panels. This material offers several advantages, including speed of construction, cost-effectiveness, durability, and flexibility in design.
Crossland also performed the park’s first tenant infill (TI), which was a 36,000 SF space encompassing standard jet board and acoustical ceilings.
Ultimately, the project was completed on schedule, contributing substantially to Frisco’s continued growth trajectory.
