Overcoming Construction Challenges
Building in Bartlesville presented unique challenges, particularly due to the location of key trade partners in Tulsa. Additionally, infrastructure improvements were essential, requiring the installation of a mile-long water line and a new city pump house—a critical undertaking that was bid out during the project. During this phase, the site operated with a 1” hose bib until the permanent water system was completed.

Despite these complexities, Crossland successfully navigated logistical hurdles and supply chain delays, delivering the project on schedule—a testament to our expertise in large-scale hospitality and entertainment construction.
