MNGE Eufaula Casino and Hotel
Where Play Meets Elegance
Eufaula, OK
The Eufaula Casino & Hotel project represents one of our most ambitious hospitality ventures to date. Crossland built a comprehensive gaming and lodging destination for Muscogee Nation Gaming Enterprises that will serve as a cornerstone for the Eufaula community.
This $51.9 million project encompasses 78,000 SF of sophisticated entertainment space, featuring a 500-game casino floor paired with a three-story hotel. Using Construction Manager at Risk, it allowed us to work closely with JCJ Architecture and the Muscogee Nation team to maintain budget clarity and schedule control throughout the 17-month construction timeline.
The facility’s exterior showcases extensive metal panel siding with distinctive architectural features, including a welcoming front porch that creates an inviting entrance for guests. But it’s the interior where this project truly sets itself apart. Crossland crews coordinated the installation of extraordinary custom ceilings featuring hand-painted stucco artwork – not printed materials, but genuine handcrafted pieces that transform each space into something special.
One of the most technically challenging aspects involves the hotel’s foundation system. Our teams constructed a waffle post-tension slab underneath the hotel portion – an innovative approach that requires precise coordination and specialized expertise. This construction method helped us achieve the structural requirements while accommodating the building’s unique design elements.
