Crossland Construction Company was awarded the $8.4 million contract for the Best Western hospitality facility in Hudson, Colorado. This four-story hotel has 89 extended stay suites, an indoor pool, a fitness room, and a food prep area. Each unit has its own kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. There are 14 various room layouts that were customized to accommodate the needs of varying occupants. Exteriorly, the facility is covered in exterior insulation finishing and brick veneer, with a concrete tile roof. Interior finishes include ceramic tile, luxury vile tile, and carpet, granite, and glass tile back splashes. Concrete and framing was performed during winter months that delivered extreme cold temperatures and frequent snowfall. Despite these challenges and permit delays, Crossland presented the facility to a pleased Owner.
