This $7.1 million project introduced an 80,000 SF tilt-up concrete warehouse, designed to attract new industrial tenants seeking modern, flexible space for distribution and storage needs.

A significant challenge during construction was the presence of substantial rock formations on site. Crossland’s Heavy Division developed and implemented a specialized rock-blasting technique, allowing for the successful installation of essential site utilities.
