Cobb Business Park is a 40-acre business park in Frisco, TX. Crossland was hired to construct a 36,360 SF white box building with texture painted concrete panels and storefront frontage for four spaces, in between two larger corner units. Each unit has a rear entrance and garage door.
The main end of the structure features an outdoor lounging area, with metal-shade-covered picnic table, a fire pit, and artistic tree structures made from rebar.
