An attached 1,236 SF office center supports seamless customer service, administrative operations, and facility management.

To accommodate the site’s topography, Crossland installed a 14-foot retaining wall along the west property line, ensuring both stability and optimized land use. Every aspect of the facility – from unit layout to climate control systems – was carefully designed to maximize usability, safety, and long-term durability.
