The City of Miramar Beach, Florida, hired Crossland to renovate the regal Baytowne Conference Center, mirroring the style of a new hotel being built nearby. Stylish updates to the 30,000 SF center included new carpet, elegant light fixtures, modern art, high-end finishes, and new furniture in four ballrooms, common areas, and lobbies. We also completely renovated four restrooms and replaced the elevator car finishes and some of the exterior siding.
