Crossland Construction delivered an impressive 77,000 SF Hyundai dealership in Fort Worth, Texas, completing the project on time and within budget despite its complex architectural features. The $21.4 million facility, situated on a spacious 22-acre site, represents the modern evolution of automotive retail spaces.

The dealership’s striking exterior combines EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System), expansive curtain wall glazing, and metal panel accents, creating a contemporary aesthetic that captures attention from the nearby North Freeway. Inside, customers experience a thoughtfully designed space featuring all-glass offices and architecturally distinctive angled columns that extend dramatically from the first through second floors.

What truly sets Alliance Hyundai apart is its innovative rooftop vehicle display with access ramp, offering an elevated showcase for premium vehicles while maximizing the dealership’s visibility and display capacity. The facility includes 33 maintenance bays and an on-site car wash, providing comprehensive automotive services in one location.

The project, which began in June 2023 and reached completion in March 2025, has already generated future opportunities with the client. According to project documentation, both the owner and the design team – representing two of the largest dealership firms in the nation – have praised Crossland’s service, timeliness, and quality execution.
