Triview Administration Building
Form Meets Function in Monument’s New District Hub
Monument, CO
The TriView Metropolitan District needed a new headquarters that would serve their community operations while providing specialized vehicle storage. Working with Keys + Lauer Architects, we built an 8,118 SF administration building that balances professional office space with practical municipal needs.
This project showcased our ability to deliver both form and function. Half of the building houses modern office spaces designed for daily operations, while the other half features an expansive garage with mezzanine storage and four oversized bay doors to accommodate the district’s fleet of municipal vehicles and equipment.
What sets this building apart are the carefully selected finishes that elevate the space beyond typical government facilities. The exterior combines natural stone and stucco for a refined yet durable appearance that fits Monument’s character. Inside, glass sliding doors create an open, collaborative feel throughout the office areas while maintaining privacy when needed.
The standout feature is a custom pendant light fixture in the main reception area, sourced from Italy along with sophisticated wall coverings that create an impressive first impression for visitors. These international elements required careful coordination and early ordering to ensure timely delivery – a detail that demonstrates the level of planning needed for truly distinctive projects.
