The Nobleman Hotel
From Firehouse to Four-Star: The Nobleman Hotel Rekindles Fort Worth History
Fort Worth, TX
Tucked into the lively Southside neighborhood of Fort Worth, The Nobleman Hotel blends early 20th-century charm with modern sophistication. As part of Hilton’s Tapestry Collection, this 153-key boutique hotel incorporates the historic 1911 fire station into a newly constructed four-story addition, preserving the character of the original building while delivering an elevated hospitality experience.
Over the course of 25 months, our team worked hand-in-hand with the client, design team, and subcontractors to bring this ambitious vision to life. The project required far more than new construction – it demanded the careful restoration of aging materials and strategic integration of contemporary features. Original brickwork, subway tile, and hardwood floors were preserved and refinished, while new additions such as an underground parking garage and modern guest amenities were seamlessly introduced.
Attention to detail defines the hotel’s aesthetic. Handcrafted chandeliers, custom wall coverings, and a replica fire pole honor the building’s firehouse roots, while a tranquil courtyard and high-end finishes deliver a comfortable and stylish guest experience.
Navigating frequent design changes and the structural challenges of working within a historic building, our team employed creative solutions and value engineering strategies to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
Today, The Nobleman Hotel stands as a vibrant symbol of Fort Worth’s architectural heritage – revitalized through craftsmanship, collaboration, and a shared vision for the future.
