Crossland helped bring a new standard of hospitality to Northwest Arkansas with the construction of Hotel Avail, a six-story boutique hotel under Hilton’s Tapestry Collection brand. Nestled in the heart of Rogers near Pinnacle Hills Promenade and the Walmart AMP, the 168-room hotel blends upscale style with modern amenities, offering both business and leisure travelers a memorable stay.

Built on a tight site with complex logistics, the 110,179-square-foot structure includes high-end features such as a rooftop steakhouse and terrace bar with panoramic views, 8,200 square feet of event space, a fully equipped fitness center, and pet-friendly accommodations. Thoughtful touches like valet parking and refined millwork finishes make this space both luxurious and functional.

Built to Impress, Designed to Last
The hotel’s striking exterior features a mix of brick and EIFS finishes, while the sixth-floor rooftop bar adds both visual appeal and guest experience. Inside, custom ceiling elements and detailed millwork showcase the craftsmanship on this project. The structure also included extensive precast work supported by Crossland Prefab and Prestressed Construction divisions.

Overcoming Weather and Space Constraints
From weather delays to an extremely tight building footprint, the Crossland team navigated every obstacle with clear communication and tight coordination. The result? A high-end hotel with a smooth, hassle-free closeout—so smooth, the client joked it felt “way too easy” compared to past projects. We are excited to begin our second project with them, in Springdale, Arkansas.
