At Crossland, having the right equipment on site isn’t just about convenience, it’s about control, quality, and getting the job done right. That’s where Kaleb, our Equipment Director, comes in.
Kaleb leads with one simple goal: make sure our field teams always have what they need, when they need it. Whether it’s heavy machinery for a major grading job or a last-minute rental request on a remote jobsite, Kaleb and his team are on it.
“Kaleb brings a lot of passion to work with him every day,” says Brandon, Trucking & Rental Coordinator. “He’s genuinely excited about improving our operations and growing our department.”
Why Our Fleet Matters to Our Clients
Crossland owns and maintains a fleet of over 2,100 pieces of equipment—one of the largest in the region. That’s a major advantage for clients and partners. It means we’re not waiting on third-party vendors. We’re not delayed by lack of access. And we’re not compromising quality because we don’t have the right tools or equipment.

From earthwork and utilities to concrete and steel, our ability to self-perform trades and deploy our own equipment gives us better control over schedule, cost, and jobsite coordination. It also means fewer surprises and faster problem-solving—because we’re not relying on anyone else to keep things moving.
A Command Center That Keeps Jobs Running
At the core of our equipment operation is Crossland’s Equipment Command Center, run by Kaleb and his team. Requests for deliveries, repairs, or pickups are streamlined through our custom app or direct communication with field offices.
This system ensures that our superintendents get the equipment they need without delays, red tape, or downtime.
A Leader Who Puts His Team First
What really sets Kaleb apart isn’t just his operational mindset—it’s how he leads.
“He really cares more about everybody else than himself,” says Todd, Programmer/Analyst. “He wants everybody on his team to succeed.”

Kaleb draws inspiration from his father, who worked as a farmer, welder, and carpenter. “My dad had a tremendous work ethic,” Kaleb says. “He worked countless hours and never let anything get him down. I try to lead with that same kind of drive.”
His team sees it in action every day. “Kaleb’s just a great guy. He’s not just my boss—he’s my friend,” Brandon adds. “No project is impossible for him. He never says no. He just says, ‘We’ll figure it out.’”
Impact You Can See in the Field
Kaleb understands that timely, dependable equipment delivery can make or break a project schedule. “We know what’s at stake,” he says. “And we make sure we’re affecting it for the positive.”
That mindset—and the systems he’s helped build—are a big part of what helps Crossland deliver projects on time and on budget, without sacrificing quality.
From first-day mobilization to final pour or install, our equipment team is there to keep projects moving, and Kaleb is at the center of it all.
