Northland Park adds seventh building
Kansas City, MO
In 2022, Northland Park – one of Kansas City’s key industrial developments – continued its expansion with the addition of a seventh building. The latest addition is a 420,000 SF speculative warehouse, built to accommodate future industrial or distribution tenants. With a construction value of $17.7 million, the facility adds significant capacity to the park’s growing logistics footprint.
The building features painted tilt-wall panels and an aluminum storefront system for a clean, modern exterior. The interior is a wide-open shell space, allowing future tenants flexibility to tailor the build-out to their operational needs.
Construction took place in a floodplain and faced seasonal weather delays, which required careful coordination and site planning. Despite these challenges, the project was delivered successfully, continuing a strong partnership with a repeat client.
