As a one-stop comprehensive healthcare facility, West Plano Medical Village offers a variety of services ranging from family medicine, women’s and men’s health, pediatrics, dermatology, weight loss and nutrition, gynecology, and more.
Crossland constructed the $6.7 million, 50,000 SF shell building for the medical facility. This project also included the construction of two bathrooms, the monument staircase, and elevators.
Project Finishes
Exterior finishes on the tilt-wall construction were stone and paint with Aluminum composite material (ACM) on the main entry with two curtain walls.
Interior finishes include drywall, paint, tile, and carpet for the main corridors and bathrooms.
A One-Stop Shop Equipped with the Latest Technology
According to Village Health Partners, the “sprawling, spacious medical facility” is housed with the latest advancements in medical technology. This provides the people of Plano the opportunity to have all of their medical needs met in one location “so that they do not have to drive all over the city, from doctor to doctor.
