We are excited to announce the completion of Partnership Building 11, the latest addition to WSU’s dynamic Innovation Campus. Spanning 54,870 SF, this modern facility is a hub for collaboration, offering versatile leasing opportunities for businesses and organizations seeking proximity to WSU’s vibrant ecosystem.
The third floor of the building, now fully occupied, features a meticulously designed tenant infill that includes an upscale amenities space called Club 95. This impressive area serves as a prime venue for entertaining, showcasing high-end finishes and thoughtful details that reflect the university’s commitment to fostering partnerships and innovation.
Crossland’s work on Partnership Building 11 represents our latest collaboration with WSU, where we have proudly delivered over a dozen successful projects. This new building exemplifies the university’s vision of creating a cutting-edge campus that blends academic excellence with real-world industry connections.
