The White Oak Price Chopper in Blue Springs, Missouri is a 92,000 square foot grocery/pharmacy space, complete with a pharmacy and drive-thru and a Starbucks coffee shop. Additional retail tenant space was built on as part of the completed structure.

Crossland Prefab created precast panels with a brick inlay, displayed on the exterior. Other exterior features include exterior insulation finishing, an aluminum storefront, and cedar trellises. Inside is an exposed-steel painted structure with gypsum walls and polished concrete floors. Crossland crews completed the $9 million, negotiated contract on time and on budget.
