Webb City High School Addition & Reno
Webb City High School Expansion: Modern Spaces for Future Learning
Webb City, MO
Students at Webb City High School began the fall of 2023 in a significantly larger and more modernized facility. This $9.3 million addition and renovation project spanned over 17,000 square feet, bringing transformative improvements to enhance the school’s learning environment.
Project Overview
The project included both new additions and extensive renovations. Additions featured two state-of-the-art science labs, a family and consumer science room complete with a full industrial kitchen, an E-Sports gaming room, a virtual learning lab/classroom, and a new restroom for the expanded area. The renovation portion included a complete overhaul of the existing theater and a redesigned entryway to the pool.
Interior and Exterior Features:
The exterior showcases brick and ACM (aluminum composite material) panels for durability and aesthetic appeal. Interior finishes included CMU (concrete masonry units), drywall, and glass curtain walls, creating a modern and functional space.
Crossland’s Value-Driven Approach
Our team worked closely with the school to identify unique cost-saving opportunities throughout the project. These savings helped to offset additional work requests from the client, ensuring the expanded facility met every need without exceeding budget constraints.
