The Watters Creek Hotel and Convention Center is a 280,500 SF facility offering 300 hospitality rooms, a five-star restaurant, and a courtyard with an outdoor pool. The hotel structure has a single-story steel/concrete podium deck and five stories of vertical framing; the convention center is a combination of tilt-wall and steel framing, with curtain wall drive entries. Interior spaces feature 90,000 SF of convention/ballroom/meeting space. The 40,000 SF main convention hall has an attached six-story parking garage capable of housing up to 1,000 vehicles. The Watters Creek project is just one on a long list of projects in which Crossland has partnered with this hospitality industry giant.
