Tulsa Technology Center on a 55-acre site


Owasso, OK

Crossland Construction had the honor of building this 238,000 SF project for Tulsa Tech. The project, which serves as Tulsa Tech’s Owasso Campus is situated on an expansive 55-acre site that Crossland developed using its self-performing teams. The four-story facility includes a community amphitheater, multi-level mezzanines + roof-top patios, classrooms + labs, education conference center, student services space, administrative space, state-of-the-art dining + culinary, education facilities, internet cafe + cafeteria for the general public to utilize, central plant, acres of parking areas, and energy-efficient features: wind, solar, geothermal and gray water recycling.
