Coca-Cola’s New Rogers Office: Fast-Track Construction Delivers Modern Workspace in Just Four Months
Rogers, AR
Coca-Cola selected Crossland Construction to deliver a new office space in Rogers, Arkansas, with a challenging timeline—just four months for completion. The project involved a tenant infill of over 10,000 square feet, a scope that typically requires at least six months. Despite the accelerated schedule, the Crossland team successfully completed the $2.6 million project on time, providing Coca-Cola with a modern, functional, and visually striking workspace.
Located at 5001 S. Founders Way, the new office features multiple conference and meeting rooms, as well as smaller huddle rooms designed for collaboration and productivity. The design highlights the building’s exposed steel structure, complemented by a high-end lighting package. To address the acoustics of the open space, sound panels were installed on the ceiling, ensuring a comfortable environment for employees.
A standout feature of the office is a continuous, 300-foot curved light fixture that extends from the main entrance to the break room, creating a cohesive and dynamic visual experience throughout the space. The project not only met Coca-Cola’s expectations for quality and aesthetics but also demonstrated Crossland’s ability to deliver complex commercial office projects under tight deadlines. The client expressed excitement and satisfaction with the finished product, underscoring the project’s success.
