Sand Springs Public Safety Facility
New multi-purpose facility to better serve the community
Sand Springs, OK
The Sand Springs Public Safety Facility is a great addition to this community, providing a municipal court, fire station, police station, emergency operation center, dispatch center and courtroom – all under one roof. The Fire Station includes a bunkhouse, captain’s quarters, training areas, kitchen, showers and equipment storage. The Police Station includes a jail, dispatch, and lockers. The administrative wing includes conference rooms, offices, cubicles, breakrooms, and storage rooms. The courtroom includes a breakroom, judges conference room, and storage rooms. The courtroom also doubles as a multi-purpose room for training, luncheons, and council meetings. This facility also provides multiple saferoom options for the Sand Springs community.
Initially, this project came in over budget. However, once the Crossland team took the project through an extensive value engineering process, we were able to deliver the project to the community within the original budget guidelines.
