S Arkansas Street Gateway – Oak Street to Chestnut Street
Rogers, AR
The S. Arkansas Street Gateway Project was one of the many projects of the City of Rogers’ Downtown Revitalization Plan, which aims to make downtown Rogers more walkable, bike-able, and livable, and—by extension—safer, healthier, and more sustainable. Our project, which revitalized Arkansas Street from Oak Street to Chestnut Street, consisted of approximately 5,880 linear feet of roadway, water, sewer, and storm utilities, and multi-use trail construction. Our team re-paved the roadway and added stamped concrete walkways and intersections to enhance both the beauty and the safety of the roadway. Overall, this project improved access to Downtown Rogers’ amenities, provided bike and pedestrian connectivity, and restored the beauty of Historic Downtown Rogers.
