One Uptown, A One-Of-A-Kind Build For Future Rogers Entrepreneurs

One Uptown, known for its distinct look and feel, was built by the Crossland Construction team to be a pedestal for the growing city of Rogers, Arkansas. This ground-up construction of 61,000+ SF was brought to life with Floridian influences of vibrant and blue accents.
With three stories of multi-use commercial space, the opportunities for future business are endless, including retail, office, and restaurant space. The intricate details of this project that make it so unique include a custom blue standing seam roof, aluminum composite soffits, custom nichiha wall panels, a one-of-a-kind circular three-story steel and glass illuminated staircase, and a glass art wall designed by the owner himself.
In true Crossland fashion, the team started early, pushing the earthwork, concrete, and steel, which allows for much of the time to focus on the project’s finishing details. The team was faced with many challenges, primarily due to the custom elements of the build. Each piece of the build was cut precisely for the shape of the building, offering a truly unique feel. These custom touches require more time and effort from all involved. Despite these challenges, the team rose to the occasion, delivering a final product that was above and beyond the owner’s expectations.
The pandemic put immense pressure and restrictions on the timeline and the successful completion for the team. But the team prevailed, showing that communication conquers all, kept the project on schedule, and delivered a superior result.
