One of the key factors in our success was our strong working relationship with the owner. We maintained open lines of communication and worked closely to address day-to-day challenges promptly. This collaborative approach ensured that any issues were resolved efficiently, preventing delays and maintaining project momentum. When we did experience a significant delay, we were able to hold bid unit pricing from 2021, which was a testament to our careful budgeting and cost management strategies. Our team members worked tirelessly and collaboratively to maximize productions and to bring the project to a successful completion two months early.
