Living Tree Pediatrics Clinic
Caring for the kids in Bentonville
Bentonville, AR
Every project we work on holds a special place in our collective hearts, but there’s just a little something else there when you know the work is supporting children.
In February 2022, Crossland completed work on the new Living Tree Pediatrics clinic in Bentonville, Arkansas. The $3 million facility provides the city a state-of-the-art, full service pediatrics clinic that, at 10,200 SF, can grow right along with the community.
The exterior of the clinic was built with brick, ACM panel, decorative steel, and storefront glass.
But wait until you see the inside.
The lobby features a wood slat ceiling and full-height stone accent, which combine to create a gorgeous waiting area. The space also features a hidden projection screen and can double as a presentation room.
The clinic also features HEPA Filtration in the HVAC system, integrated lighting controls system for the entire building, and generator backup.
Weather was a bit of a challenge on this project, as was issues with contractor defaults. But as we always do, Crossland did whatever it took to finish on time and on budget.
Superintendent TJ LaPlant deserves special recognition for ensuring the project was delivered on time. He put in a lot of hours on his own, and it was his passion for this project that brought it all together successfully.
