The first building at I-49 Logistics Park in Springdale, Arkansas, marks a significant milestone for the region’s logistics and warehousing industry. Developed by Crossland Realty Group, this state-of-the-art facility is designed to serve as a central hub for distribution and storage in Northwest Arkansas.

Crossland managed every phase of the $18 million, 298,000 SF project. The team handled all aspects of construction, including site preparation, concrete work, steel erection, and utility installation. The building’s exterior features modern storefront elements and a durable paint finish, while the interior offers a flexible, open warehouse space ready to accommodate a variety of tenants and operational needs.

A unique challenge arose during construction when solid rock was discovered in the path of planned water lines. Crossland Heavy, a specialized division within the company, expertly removed the rock to ensure proper installation of site utilities. This collaborative effort between Crossland’s divisions highlights the company’s comprehensive capabilities and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
