Crossland Construction built the $32.7 million Gates of Prosper project in Prosper, Texas. This 90-acre project, being completed in conjunction with Blue Star Land, consists of seven structures. Exterior finishes include tilt-wall concrete, masonry veneer, metal and fabric canopies, and storefronts. Interior improvements were made to accommodate numerous retail spaces.
