Building Much-Needed Housing and Mixed-Use Development in Downtown, Bentonville


Bentonville, AR

Crossland is building phase one of the Crystal Flats Development in Bentonville, Arkansas. This project consists of a progressive high-density housing development with light mixed-use for individuals and families.

This first phase includes six new multi-story buildings as well as one mixed-use residential building. The development consists of retail, office, and educational facilities, nearly 500 apartment units, and 808 parking spaces.
