The exterior features a drive-up porte a cache with a brick, stone, and stucco facade. Uniquely, this structure is a hybrid structural steel project combined with load-bearing cold form framing walls. Its interior is equally as impressive. Guests and residents can enjoy a multilevel atrium, multilevel dining areas, fireplaces, a salon, and a coffee bar.
